Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales made through Real Estate Edge Pro are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered to you, we are unable to issue refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why We Have This Policy

Our products are downloadable digital files — specifically, Excel-based financial calculators and analysis tools. Because these files are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned” once accessed, we are unable to offer refunds the way a traditional retailer might.

We encourage all prospective buyers to review product descriptions, feature lists, screenshots, and FAQs thoroughly before purchasing to ensure our tools are the right fit for your needs.

Technical Defects

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as described — such as a corrupted file, a broken formula, or a download failure — please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will:

  • Investigate the issue promptly
  • Provide a corrected or replacement file at no additional charge

Technical defect claims submitted after 7 days of the purchase date may not be eligible for a replacement.

What Is Not Covered

The following situations do not qualify for a replacement or any form of remedy:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Purchasing the wrong product
  • Incompatibility with older versions of Microsoft Excel (our minimum version requirements are listed on each product page)
  • Difficulty using the product due to unfamiliarity with Excel
  • Results that did not meet your personal expectations

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about your purchase, we ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are happy to work with you to resolve legitimate technical issues.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in your account being permanently suspended.

Subscription and Membership Cancellations

If you are subscribed to a Real Estate Edge Pro membership plan:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period
  • You will retain access to your membership benefits through the end of the paid period
