Purchasing & Access

How do I access my product after checkout? Immediately after your purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirmation containing a secure download link. Click the link to download your file directly to your device. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

How do I download my product? Once you receive your order confirmation email, click the download link included in the message. Your product will download as an Excel (.xlsx) file. Save it to a location on your computer where you can easily find it. If your download link expires or you have trouble accessing it, contact us at support@realestateedgepro.com and we will resend it promptly.

Using the Tools

What version of Microsoft Excel is required? Our tools are built and tested in Microsoft Excel 2016 and later, including Microsoft 365. For the best experience, we recommend using the most current version of Excel. Some features may not function correctly in older versions of Excel or in non-Microsoft spreadsheet applications such as Google Sheets or LibreOffice.

Can I use these tools on a Mac? Yes — our tools are compatible with Microsoft Excel for Mac (2016 and later). We recommend keeping your Excel version up to date to ensure full functionality. Note that if you attempt to open our files in Apple Numbers, some features and formulas may not work as intended. Microsoft Excel for Mac is required for the best experience.

The file isn’t working correctly. What should I do? First, make sure you are opening the file in a compatible version of Microsoft Excel (2016 or later) and that macros or content are enabled if prompted. If you are still experiencing issues, contact our support team at support@realestateedgepro.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will troubleshoot the issue with you or send a replacement file.

Licensing & Sharing

Can I share the file with my business partner? Each purchase grants a single-user license for your personal use only. Sharing the file with business partners, colleagues, or other individuals who have not purchased their own license is a violation of our Terms of Use. If you need multiple licenses for a team or partnership, please contact us at support@realestateedgepro.com to ask about multi-user pricing.

Membership

What is included in a Real Estate Edge Pro membership? Membership gives you access to our growing library of Excel-based financial tools at a fraction of the individual purchase price. Members receive one new tool download per month for the first three months, then one download every two months thereafter. Membership is available on a monthly or annual billing basis. How do I cancel my membership? You can cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain full access through that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. General

Do your tools work for all types of real estate investing? Our current tools are specifically designed for seller financing and note investing — including analyzing seller-financed deals and evaluating existing mortgage notes. If you are primarily focused on other investment strategies such as fix-and-flip or traditional buy-and-hold, some tools may have limited applicability, though many of the underlying financial concepts will still be relevant.
